Here at Ceimig Ltd we have a purpose built clean room facility from which we offer a wide range of services for the manufacturers and users of energy beam tools in the semi conductor industry. We currently have a long standing relationship with satisfied customers throughout Europe with whom we also offer technical support on system compatibility

We offer the following service support:-

• Stocking of hardware.
• Hardware inspection and testing.
• Repair and refurbishment.
• Decontamination and failure analysis.
• Chemical fills and refills (includes chemicals for metal and insulator deposition along with metal and insulator etching).
• Crucible testing
